  • Debris disposal is the responsibility of the homeowner. Proper disposal of waste generated by a landscaping, roofing or other contractor generally should be provided by the contractor. Construction and demolition debris must be hauled by companies licensed to operate in the City.

  • Call 811 before you dig! Before any digging can occur, the underground utility, such as electricity, water, sewer, telephone, cable and natural gas locations must be marked. The colored paint markings are temporary and will generally not last more than a few days.

To obtain Disabled Person Parking Permits (i.e. Handicapped parking permits), you may contact the City Clerk's office for an application form.
