Scheduling & Membership Fees

Appointment hours:8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Last available appointment:3:00 PM.
Grocery trips to Publix:Selected days (except holidays).
Membership Fees:$30 for 3 months / $40 for 6 months of unlimited rides.
