Caporella Fitness Center

The Caporella Fitness Center offers a friendly, non‑competitive workout environment equipped with Cybex machines and treadmills, Octane elliptical cross trainers, Gauntlet Stairmaster units, Cybex stationary bikes, free weights, and more. The adjacent aquatic complex features a 25‑meter heated competition pool with zero‑depth entry, a water sprayground, and a 75‑foot tornado slide. Additional amenities include shower and locker facilities, picnic tables, and a pavilion.

The City of Tamarac Wellness Center is partnering to offer complimentary memberships to members of the nationally recognized SilverSneakers® program. Through this collaboration, we offer older adults more opportunities to increase their physical activity levels while motivating them to remain active. To find out if you qualify, visit the SilverSneakers website. Once you are enrolled, present your 16-digit code to the Wellness Center staff and complete your membership packet at the Front Desk.
