The Neighborhood Beautification Recognition Program aims to enhance the visual appeal of the City's neighborhoods, improve livability, and foster community spirit. Well-kept properties that are clean, code-compliant, and beautifully maintained contribute to this vision, standing out with attractive architectural features, lush landscapes, and environmentally friendly practices that enrich the charm of the community.

- ✓ Single Family
- ✓ Duplex homes
- ✓ Commercial
- ✓ Industrial
- ✓ Family properties
Eligibility Criteria
- 🏠 Properties must be in total compliance with all City codes and ordinances.
- 🥇 Properties can be nominated as often as warranted, but they cannot be selected winners within 2 years of the last award.
Award
🏆 The award is being awarded Quarterly one (1) Residential property per District and one (1) Commercial property per District.
🧑 Award recipients are honored with:
- ◆ A commemorative plaque presented at a City Commission meeting.
- ◆ Featured recognition on the City's official website.
- ◆ A spotlight in the Tam-A-Gram
- ◆ An Award Sign will also be display on the Front Yard of the Property.
