Requesting Records & Information

All documents and other materials generated in connection with the official business transactions of the City of Tamarac are public records. Members of the public have the right to inspect and obtain copies of public records. Per the City of Tamarac Code of Ordinances, Chapter 6-35, and Florida Statutes 119.07 there may be a fee associated with a Public Records Request. 

If you would like to obtain public records from the City, you can submit your request online by clicking here, calling the City Clerk’s Office at (954) 597-3505 or visiting City Hall during regular business hours: Monday - Thursday 8 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. and Friday 8 A.M. - 5 P.M.

Fire Rescue Billing, Patient Records, Run Reports

The City of Tamarac complies with all Federal, State, and applicable laws related to the release of medical/patient and billing information. Please be prepared to provide us with a properly signed and notarized HIPAA authorization form or PHI authorization release form, except where the HIPAA Privacy Rule waives such requirement.
